WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL???
Earlier landscaping, rooftop gardens, lawns and meadows were a part of beautification program assigned to either an architect or an interior designer. Understandably, the top priority was given to what looks beautiful. The study of plants, soils or treatment of the surface would therefore take the back seats.“An Acre of Green Grass” is entirely different due to its expertise and experience in the job. DOES ROOF TOP GARDEN DAMAGE THE ROOF ?
Waterproofing is the most important operation. With 20 years guarantee based on German Technology the waterproofing is done in 4 major steps:
1. Geo-textile 1st layer
2. EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)
3. Versicell
4. Geo-textile 2nd layer
WHAT ABOUT THE LOAD?
Generally, the load of the rooftop garden never exceeds 20kg per sq ft. including the 6-8 inch waterproofing + drainage system + growing medium. Besides, There are different light-weight growing mediums available today conforming to the norms.
WATER LOGGING??
The slope is adjusted to that of the roof (preferably towards parapet wall) & drainage pipe fitted vertically so that water slopes quickly & does not log.

3.Decomposting or Recycling of Home Waste: A pit can be formed
