Mode of action
When applied to the soil the dormant form of get
activate, such activated cells produce fresh batch of active cells just like any other bacteria through division/fission any multiply in numbers using the carbon source available in the root exudates and soil.
Attaches itself to the roots of plants and mostly uses the root exudates as the source of carbon to multiply; hence it is described as associative type of Nitrogen fixing microorganism. On many instances, also enters the root system and becomes entophytic. When sprayed on the leaves also, the bacterium enters the shoot system and becomes entophytic.

Recommendation

Seed Treatment:

In sufficient water Mix 4 ml of REAP–N (1/2/3/4)
liquid formulation in 1Kg seeds well in this solution and shade dry forhalf an hour before Sowing.

Seedling dipping:

In 10 – 20 litre of water Mix 50-100 ml of REAP – N
(1/3) water and dip seeding for 30 minutes before transplanting.

Sets dipping:

In 25 – 30 litre of water Mix 200 ml of REAP – N (1/2/3)
water and dip sets for 30 minutes before transplanting.

Soil Application:

For Nursery: In 1 kg cow dung or compost add 4 ml
REAP N (1/2/3/4) and spared it to nursery.

Field: 250 to 500 ml of REAP N (1/2/3/4) liquid formulation can bemixed with 100kg decomposed manure. Blend the mixture well andbroadcast it over one acre of land before last ploughing or firstirrigation.

Drip and Flood irrigation :

For one acre land use 500 ml REAP N
(1/2/3/4).

Foliar spray: Dilute 250 ml in 40 litre of water or dilute it the rate of 4ml per litter of Water and spray evenly over the foliage and on the soilnear the root zone.
